

No previous electrical experience is required for Level 2. The 2365 provides a structured route into the trade, combining classroom learning, practical workshop training, and assessments. On completion of level 2 (2365-02), you can further your skills by enrolling onto the level 3 Diploma (2365-03) or move onto the level 3 NVQ portfolio, which, along with the AM2(E) assessment then allows you to apply for a Gold Card and qualified electrician status, enabling you to join a competent person scheme. You will be qualified to work in a variety of different areas of electrical installation.

Electrical Science & Installation theory
Health & Safety in building services engineering
Installation of wiring systems and enclosures
Inspection, testing and fault diagnosis
Electrical system design and commissioning
A total of 6 weeks will be spent in the training centre, delivered one week per month.
You don't need to hold any previous electrical qualifications to join. We do however require candidates to be a minimum of 18 years old (mandatory)
