City and Guilds 6014-55 Install, CCN1, CENWAT, MET1, CoLPG (PD)
9 weeks in centre training + 2 weeks assessment + placement to build your portfolio of evidence - minimum of 30 jobs. You will also gain a BPEC 1 Day Water Supply Regulations Certificate

Your initial training will be at one of our training centres with our expert gas tutors, you'll start to learn about, the plumbing process, pipework, hot and cold water systems, central heating systems, flues, ventilation, unsafe situations, appliances and much more.
Universal Skills Group guarantees a work placement with a local gas safe registered engineer, here you will get hands in, in customers homes, this is essential in order to take your gas safe assessments to become qualified, whilst on your work placement you will be required to collate evidence of jobs you have done with the local engineer you have been placed with, this is called portfolio building.
High-Intensity Training week, allows you to focus on anything you need to before taking your assessments, your assessments are what allow you to become Gas Safe.
You will be assessed in this week, demonstrating your skills and knowledge learnt, both practically and theoretically, successful candidates will become Gas Safe registered and qualified in the respective appliances by the end of this week.
