2 Day Fast TrackOur fast track course is suitable for people who regularly use BS7671 and have obtained the City & Guilds 2382 after January 2015.

5 Day Course This is our most detailed 18th Edition course and is suitable for electrical engineers, technicians and other trades involved in the design, manufacturing, installation, inspection, service and repair of electrical installations. The course will enable candidates to understand the scope and implementation of the 18th edition IET regulations.

Intro :

The course is for experienced engineers with older 17th edition qualification. It is expected that this course will be suitable for people working as electricians, technicians, engineers and in other job roles where a working knowledge of BS7671 is important.

Aims :

The course revises existing (as found in the 17th Edition) and explores new topics (introduced in the 18th Edition).

Syllabus :

  • 3 & 1/2 days training
  • 1/2 day exam prep

City & Guilds 2382-18

Notes :

Candidates should bring the following to their course: A copy of BS7671:2018 – 18th Edition (this can be purchased from Universal Skills Group in advance), Non-Programmable Scientific Calculator, Pens or pencils and a Notepad.
