When will I receive my certificates?
As a training provider we do not directly issue certificates, we rely upon all assessments to go through an IQA process before the awarding body issues a certificate to us. We would then send this to delegate in the post. Those sitting a City & Guilds qualification should expect their certificate in roughly 4 weeks from course completion date.
